A General Power of Attorney - Revocable is a legal document that grants a person (the Donee) the authority to act on behalf of another person (the Donor) in all matters. The Donee is given the ability to make decisions, execute documents, and take other actions on behalf of the Donor as if the Donor were present. This PoA is revocable at any time by the Donor, who can execute a Deed of Revocation of PoA to terminate the power granted.
